It's not very wise or useful, but my psyche is needed. Test 30 km marathon, the pace I graduated last week. I am satisfied with the results and have you even dare say that if I are not going any unexpected mishaps, so three and a half hour limit breaks.
The mentioned distance I climbed for two hours and spend twenty-six, thus at 4:52 / km with an average heartbeat 167bpm (the race itself, I expect average somewhere between 171 - 174bpm). Joy to me spoiled in part on the speed of the subsequent analysis of individual sections, which show unmistakable signs of slowing down, but not so tragic, that I would do it in a coveted time nedoklepal . Furthermore, we assume that their tax will almost certainly chose well 3% dehydration, whereas for practical reasons I had to have only 3 deciliter water. More in the charts ...
